All parts are covered by 1 year return to base warranty . If you are not sure if
the parts you have are faulty please email support@atcomputer.com.au with fault

If you are sure the items are faulty please send in the faulty parts with a copy
of your original invoice and faulty description . If you are sending the product
in , we do not take responsibility for damage in the transiting , so please pack
the goods safely . Shipping to us is at the customer's expense , We will send the
faulty product back to supplier for a replacement or fix , typically it takes 1
to 2 weeks . And to send it back to you is at our own cost if the goods are faulty.
A fee for extended testing on non-faulty products may apply .
